Dandy Blend - Coffee Alternative

A caffeine-free alternative to swap out your coffee.

Coffee isn’t inherently bad, but if we’re stressed caffeine can add fuel to the fire. Giving our body a break can help to rest + reset.

Dandy Blend is made of 5 ingredients — extracts of barley, rye, dandelion, chicory and beet roots. It’s gluten-free even though barley + rye contain gluten. This is because water extracts are used and gluten + gliadin proteins are not water soluble + are left behind in the grounds.

  • 1 packet or scoop of Dandy Blend

  • 8-12 oz hot water


  1. Combine Dandy Blend + hot water.

  2. Add your favorite mix-ins like unsweetened nut/seed milk, coconut butter, adaptogens, collagen, or cinnamon.

  3. Enjoy!
