This Spicy Corn Salsa is the perfect dip / side dish to bring to your next BBQ, use as a topping on tacos, or go for it and eat it with a spoon.

This will quickly become a favorite.

10 minutes | 4 servings


  • 2 ears of corn (raw)

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • ½ large avocado, cubed

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 1 orange bell pepper

  • ½ onion

  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1-2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1-2 tsp 21 Seasoning Salute Blend (Trader Joes')

  • habanero hot sauce (optional)


  1. Cut the corn off of the cob.

  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.

  3. Best if you let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours then serve, but can be eaten right away!
