Serves as the perfect base to any salad or bowl + way to get your greens in daily. Kale can hold dressing without wilting longer than other greens like spinach, mixed greens, or lettuce.

5 minutes | 6 servings


  • 6 cups Kale Leaves (de-stemmed + chopped)

  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp each Sea Salt & Black Pepper

  • 1 Lemon (Juice)


  1. De-stem and chop kale leaves, then add to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Massage kale (similar fashion to kneading bread dough) until leaves wilt and become soft and vibrant green.

  3. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  4. Enjoy!
