5 minutes | 2 toasts


  • 2 slices gluten-free or sprouted grain bread

  • 2 Tbsp creamy almond butter

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • drizzle coconut nectar (optional)


  1. Toast bread. Spread almond butter + top with toppings.

  2. Enjoy!
