Raspberry Tahini Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is super simple and great for the second half of your cycle!

Progesterone-boosting sunflower seeds + tahini also provide healthy fat + protein for stable blood sugar and keep you satisfied until lunch.

Creamy, sweet, smooth, fruity, and refreshing.

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Garden of Life)

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp Tahini

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower (riced cauliflower works really well!)

  • 1 cup Filtered Water (Filtered)


  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass + enjoy! 

  2. Top with additional frozen raspberries (optional).
