In just 3 steps you will have a dessert that will blow anybody away. Just blend the crust, blend the filling, & pop in the freezer - that’s it!
Super creamy, rich, chocolatey, with a cayenne kick + chewy crust!
10 minutes | 12 toasts
8 pitted dates
1 cup almonds + pecans
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups soaked raw cashews
2 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup coconut nectar
1/4 cup cacao powder
Blend together crust ingredients. Roll into balls + press into a greased cupcake tin.
Blend together cheesecake ingredients + pour on top of crust.
Top each with a blackberry + freeze for at least an hour. Let thaw for a couple minutes to make them easier to remove from the tin. Enjoy!
