Do you experience bloating after meals? Uncomfortable stomach pains? Indigestion? The feeling that food is not digesting well?

Have you tried all the things but still not sure what is causing these symptoms?

Maybe you’ve been told you have IBS and there’s not much you can do?

What is up with my gut??

I work with clients to find symptom relief from:

Leaky Gut: increase in intestinal permeability - not completely digested food particles can get through the intestinal lining that shouldn’t and cause symptoms

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): intestinal disorder characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhea

Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO): bacteria growing in the small intestine (where it should not be)

Celiac Disease: autoimmune reaction to gluten that can damage the lining of the small intestine

Food Allergies: an immune system reaction (often immediate) to a particular food

Food Intolerances: difficulty digesting particular foods that result in symptoms that can occur over time

So what do we do?

we must address the root causes in order to heal
