These cookie dough bites are perfect for a quick snack, pre-workout fuel, or post-workout recovery.

They are gluten-free + vegan.

And literally taste like cookie dough.

Recipe

30 minutes | 10-12 bites

Ingredients 

  • ½ c almonds + ½ oats blended into a flour

  • 4 pitted dates blended with some filtered water

  • ¼ c cacao nibs

  • ¼ c @artisanaorganics coconut butter

  • ½ c almond butter

  • ¼ c chopped pecans

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt

  • handful chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into balls – makes 10-12.

  2. Place in the freezer to set for ~20 minutes and enjoy!
