Spicy, savory, crunchy, + fresh.
This Spicy Corn Salsa is the perfect dip / side dish to bring to your next BBQ, use as a topping on tacos, or go for it and eat it with a spoon.
This will quickly become a favorite.
10 minutes | 4 servings
2 ears of corn (raw)
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ large avocado, cubed
1 orange bell pepper
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 tsp 21 Seasoning Salute Blend (Trader Joes')
habanero hot sauce (optional)
Cut the corn off of the cob.
Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Best if you let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours then serve, but can be eaten right away!
