Matcha has 1/3 of the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, the caffeine is still there but released slower over time so you don’t have the spike / crash / jittery feeling.

Pumpkin spice make this even more warming + cozy.

5 minutes | 2 toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Wild Foods Co matcha

  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides

  • 1 tsp Fourth & Heart vanilla ghee

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 8-12 oz warm water

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and top with cinnamon!

  2. Enjoy!
