Ingredients

SMOOTHIE BOWL

  • ½ cup cauliflower

  • 1 frozen unsweetened acai packet (Trader Joe's)

  • 1 Kite Hill plain almond milk Greek yogurt container

  • dash stevia

  • ½ - 1 cup filtered water (until desired consistency - want it thicker for a smoothie bowl)

TOPPINGS

  • almond butter swirl

  • unsweetened coconut flakes

  • raw pumpkin seeds

  • chia seeds

  • Purely Elizabeth original granola

Directions

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender + blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with toppings. Enjoy!
