A smoothie bowl recipe for your luteal phase.

This recipe has sweet potatoes to help the liver detoxify estrogen from the system and 1 Tbsp of sunflower seeds to help boost progesterone in the second half of your cycle.

Recipe

5 minutes | 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Sweet Potato (Baked)

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup Steamed then Frozen Cauliflower (or Cauliflower Rice)

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • Toppings:

    • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

    • 1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)

    • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

    • 2 tbsps Pecans (Chopped)

Directions

  1. Blend sweet potato, protein powder, cauliflower, cashew milk, and cinnamon.

  2. Top with toppings.

  3. Enjoy!
