Blender Black Bean Brownies + Blender Chickpea Blondies

The easiest way to make healthified brownies + blondies.

Black beans + chickpeas are a sneaky way to boost protein + fiber in your favorite desserts - and you cannot even tell! Just blend + bake!

They are super soft, fudgy, rich, + so, so simple!

Blender Black Bean Brownies

35 minutes | 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained + rinsed

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (or leave out for vegan)

  • 1/3 cup organic cane sugar (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 Tbsp coconut nectar

  • 1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (extra virgin + unrefined) 

  • 2 large eggs (or substitute flax egg for vegan) 

  • Toppings:

    • vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs + pumpkin seeds

Directions

  1. Grease a 9” circular cake pan with coconut oil spray.

  2. In a high-speed blender, Nutribullet, or food processor blend all ingredients together (minus toppings).

  3. pour into cake pans + bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

  4. Cut into wedges + enjoy!

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained + rinsed

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (or leave out for vegan)

  • 1/3 cup organic cane sugar (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 Tbsp coconut nectar

  • 1 Tbsp maca powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut chips

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (extra virgin + unrefined)

  • 2 large eggs (or substitute flax egg for vegan) 

  • Toppings:

    • strawberries, blueberries, and unsweetened coconut chips

Directions

  1. Grease a 9” circular cake pan with coconut oil spray.

  2. In a high-speed blender, Nutribullet, or food processor blend all ingredients together (minus toppings).

  3. pour into cake pans + bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

  4. Cut into wedges + enjoy!
