This smoothie recipe is super simple and great for the second half of your cycle!
Progesterone-boosting sunflower seeds + tahini also provide healthy fat + protein for stable blood sugar and keep you satisfied until lunch.

5 minutes | 1 serving
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Garden of Life)
1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp Tahini
1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower (riced cauliflower works really well!)
1 cup Filtered Water (Filtered)
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass + enjoy!
Top with additional frozen raspberries (optional).
