GLOW is for the holistically-minded bride, MOH, bridesmaid, mother of the bride, or any woman attending a wedding wanting to not only look, but feel their best.

Planning a wedding is a magical time. Whether you’re the bride, in a wedding, or attending one, there is nothing more special than the celebration of this next chapter of life + to be surrounded by the people you love most.

But as with most big life events, stress can creep in and seem to take over - from finances to disagreements and feeling like there’s not enough time to get it all done. Add to the list that there is so much emphasis on how you will look,

but what about how you feel?

I noticed there are so many bridal programs out there focusing on weight-loss and how you will look on the special day, but not enough guidance on a holistic approach that includes ways to nourish your mind, body, + soul for your special day (and beyond).

One that focuses on how you feel, how you manage stress, how to cut through all the confusing + conflicting health info out there, and does not focus on restriction or spending hours at the gym. One that is built based on our cyclical nature as women.
